Sigma Energy Solutions Acquires Maintenance Systems Consolidated (MSc)

Sigma Energy Solutions is pleased to announce that it has acquired the Melbourne company, Maintenance Systems Consolidated (MSc) Pty Ltd. MSc is a recognised leader in the field of predictive technologies and asset optimisation with 75% of the portable vibration analysis market in Australasia.

The addition of MSc to the Sigma family will allow us to take our services in this area to a higher level and will enable the company to access new markets both in the power and processing industries.

Sigma is seeking to substantially expand it's business in Australasia and this acquisition marks the commencement of the Company's growth strategy.

MSc has been operating for over 19 years and has established a solid reputation for providing excellent customer service through its products and associated services. Based in Croydon, Melbourne, MSc employs approximately 30 staff. The Company represents the US Machinery Health Management, Asset Optimisation Division of the Emerson group, the world leader in machinery health measurement technology.
