Commitment To Quality

Sigma Energy Solutions’ ongoing commitment to quality provides the means to deliver consistent performance to meet our customers needs.

To affirm our commitment we have adopted a “Business Management System”. The goals of the Business Management System are:

  • consistent performance
  • satisfying or exceeding our customer needs
  • innovation
  • continuous improvement
  • environmental responsibility
  • commitment to health and safety

To strengthen our commitment and ensure ownership, responsibility for the development and maintenance of the Business Management System has been shared between a group of “Process Owners”. The role of Process Owner is based, not on hierarchy, but on a willingness and commitment for improving the operation of the business to enhance the outcomes for our customers.

The policies and procedures contained within the Business Management System are intended to ensure that the expectations of our customers are met and that all quality, regulatory, community obligations and business requirements are recognised and addressed. The effectiveness of our policies and procedures is subject to scheduled audits and reviews - providing the organisation a pathway to improvement and a clear understanding of how business risks will be managed.

Sigma Energy Solutions will make staff aware of the requirements of the Business Management System.

Arrangements and policies that are in place will ensure Sigma Energy Solutions conducts business operations in conformity with AS/NZS ISO 9001 International Standard for “Quality Systems” and Sigma’s laboratory conducts business in conformity to AS ISO/IEC 17025 International standard for “General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories”.
