Sigma’s Owner’s Engineering services begin with the conceptualization of the project, which involves a detailed independent expert evaluation of the project’s technical characteristics and the feasibility of the assumptions that form the basis for the financial projections.  Sigma’s Owner’s Engineer services focuses on technical analyses performed in six general areas: engineering/design; construction; plant start-up; operation and maintenance; fuel supply; and financial projections.  The depth of the review performed in each area is dependent upon the type of plant and fuel to be used as well as the qualifications of the project participants.
