Sigenergy Sets the Pace for AI-Driven Energy Innovation at SNEC 2025
At the 18th SNEC International Photovoltaic Power Generation and Smart Energy Exhibition & Conference, Sigenergy, one of the fastest-growing companies in the global energy sector, showcased its comprehensive portfolio of intelligent energy solutions, spanning residential, commercial, and industrial applications. The event also marked the highly anticipated launch of the upgraded mySigen App 3.0 in China.
Sigenergy’s strong presence at this premier international solar event underscores its leadership in advancing AI-driven innovation and seamless hardware-software integration. By harnessing the synergy of artificial intelligence, power electronics, and system engineering, Sigenergy is transforming energy storage from conventional infrastructure into intelligent, sustainable systems, driving the global transition toward a cleaner, smarter energy future.
From
Concept to Reality: AI at the Core of Energy Transformation
Sigenergy is leading the next phase of solar-storage integration by bringing AI from concept to field deployment. Its proprietary AI technology is now embedded across the full product lifecycle—from real-time system optimization and intelligent diagnostics to adaptive user interaction and proactive support.
The company has already deployed AI in thousands of systems worldwide. In Sweden, data from actual installations show that users achieved an average 70.3% reduction in electricity bills, demonstrating AI’s tangible impact on both economic value and operational efficiency.
The intorudction of mySigen App 3.0 at SNEC marks a milestone in making AI capabilities visible and actionable for end users. The app introduces a smarter AI assistant capable of reasoning, scenario analysis, and real-time problem-solving. It explains system behavior in a human-readable format and offers transparent logic behind every decision, enabling users to understand—not just observe—the system’s actions.
Users can now inform the system of upcoming high-load scenarios (such as EV charging or family gatherings), allowing AI to proactively plan and optimize energy usage. A new Sankey diagram visualizes real-time energy flows between PV, battery, EV charging, and household loads, giving users unprecedented clarity and control.
C&I Solutions: Modular, Flexible, and AI-Enabled
Sigenergy’s C&I BESS includes hybrid inverters (50kW–125kW) and modular battery systems, SigenStack, suitable for such as industrial parks, commercial buildings, and data centers. These systems support multiple configurations (PV-only, storage-only, or integrated solar-plus-storage), allowing users to flexibly expand as needs evolve.
Sigenergy’s inverters are the most compact and lightweight in their power class, with built-in interfaces for future storage integration. Each inverter features industry-leading 500-meter AFCI protection, enhancing system safety across longer string lengths.
SigenStack adopts a DC-coupled architecture, improving round-trip efficiency by up to 2% and supporting a 2:1 DC-to-AC ratio. This design also eliminates AC conversion losses and simplifies system components, reducing CAPEX and OPEX for large-scale deployments.
Each 12 kWh battery module is replaceable within two hours, enhancing serviceability. The system includes the self-developed EMS and BMS, capable of millisecond-level control and response, enabling dynamic pricing and load-based energy strategies.
The battery system integrates six layers of safety protection, including fire suppression, thermal insulation, smoke detection, and rapid pressure release. Each module is IP66-rated and maintenance-free, ensuring long-term stability. Advanced diagnostics and remote inspection capabilities support intelligent O&M.
Microgrid Capability with Seamless Grid-to-Off-Grid Transition
In microgrid scenarios, Sigenergy’s systems support up to 1.5x overload capability and ultra-fast islanding transitions via its Energy Gateway products, which support up to 2.4MW of power per unit. Diesel generator integration is also supported, ensuring power supply continuity in critical applications.
With modular design and AI-enabled optimization, Sigenergy’s microgrid solutions offer scalable, resilient, and intelligent infrastructure for off-grid and hybrid use cases.
