Both installers and companies who install, repair or commission energy storage systems are eligible to get certified by successfully completing registration and online training. Your business must have at least one person with local electrician certificate. Service agreement is also required when signing up with Sigenergy.

Respond to repair tickets and inquiries from end-users.

Remotely upgrade firmware according to technical notice released in the App.
3. Escalate
repair ticket to our regional engineer for complex issues.
4. Replace
faulty parts on site as required or requested.
5. Keep faulty parts and send back to our regional warehouse regularly.
