How can I qualify to be a certified service partner ?

    Both installers and companies who install, repair or commission energy storage systems are eligible to get certified by successfully completing registration and online training. Your business must have at least one person with local electrician certificate. Service agreement is also required when signing up with Sigenergy.

    What is the work scope of a service partner ?
    A:

    1. Respond to repair tickets and inquiries from end-users.

    2. Remotely upgrade firmware according to technical notice released in the App.

    3. Escalate repair ticket to our regional engineer for complex issues.

    4. Replace faulty parts on site as required or requested.

    5. Keep faulty parts and send back to our regional warehouse regularly.

    There are links of service agreement on service confirmation page of registration. There are also service agreement in certification center for downloading and signing.

    What is the general process for service partner certification ?
    A:
    1. Log in to the certification center
    2. Take training course
    3. Take Quiz
    4. Upload at least one local electrician certificate
    5. Upload company's business license
    6. Fill in the service phone number, email address and full company name
    7. Download service agreement, sign and upload it
    8. A service partner’s ID will be granted
    9. Certificate be issued
    10. Receive email with service agreement signed by both party
